5. Many pet parents have to leave their dogs alone at home while they are at work. Dogs are social animal and they are not supposed to be alone for long duration. Such situations can bring behavioral changes in them such as indulging in destructive activities or getting into depression. We at Puppyoye offer dog daycare services where you can leave your pooch with us while going to work and pick them in the evening. While you will be busy in office, your pooch will be busy playing and socializing with others guests.

1. Admission is subject to prior notice and right to admission is reserved.

2. We are open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Preferable time for check in is 8:00am to 4:00pm and check out is 8:00am to 6:00pm.

3. Fresh homemade food including rice, curd, chicken, eggs, vegetables etc. will be served. In case you want dry food to be served, you need to bring along.

4. Make sure all the vaccinations are up to date.

5. Pet has to be tick free and frontline/spot on need to be applied before baoding. In case not done, it will be taken care by us and will be charged extra.

6. Dog must be socialised with people and should be comfortable around other dogs.

7. Pet Parents have a duty to notify us of any medical conditions in writing. We cannot be held responsible for any health conditions, and it is solely on the discreet of pet owners to board with us.

8. Boarding tariff is charged on 24hr basis. Beyond 3 hours, full charges will be applicable.

1. Can my dog get hurt during boarding?

• Usually not, however while playing they might get small scratches which get healed quickly.

• We have fencing to separate pets based on their size, age and gender in the park and separate kennel are provided at night. However in rare events, it is possible to get more serious injury.

2. What do we do in case medical treatment required?

• We keep first aid box at the the facility and give immediate medication

• In case vet attention is needed, we consult cessna lifeline veterinary hospital which is 10 mins from the facility

• We also keep parents informed on any such medical conditions big or small

3. Would my dog be given bath?

• Yes, your dog will get complimentary bath on the day of check out

4. What food do you serve?

• We serve fresh homemade food including rice, curd, chicken, eggs, vegetables etc.

• Dry food can be served as required, need to be provided by the parents

5. What do I need to bring for the boarding?

• You can provide his favourite toy or mat to comfort him, as you may feel right.

6. My dog has never stayed away from us. How do we mitigate separation anxiety?

• Get your dog to visit the facility couple of time before boarding. It helps him/her getting familiar and mitigate separation anxiety.
